Cancellation and Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour exchange/return is possible provided the products are unused and all packing materials are intact with photo to our customer team at support@essensewear.in
  • Exchange/Return is not possible for underwear and vest.
  • You can initiate the exchange by logging into your ESSENSE account.
  • Customer should share the images of the product damaged (or) submit valid reason for exchanging the product.
  • Customer should exchange the product only after the approval from ESSENSE customer care.
  • Product should be unused and unwashed. No returns / replacements on Innerwear.
  • There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product caused by the customer.
  • All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product.
  • Original Invoice should be returned with the product.
  • Product should reach us in sellable condition.
  • Product sold during consumer promotion / freebies are not returnable.  
  • Please mention the Return Id on the packet.
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  • Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.

Terms and Conditions

  • ESSENSE will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse & inspected.
