Orders & Tracking

+ How do I place my order?

Please select the styles you like and add them to the cart. Then proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details. After completing this step, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page. After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation mail. If you are unable to place an order or face any issues, contact our customer support team by emailing us at support@essensewear.in.

+ How long does it take for the order to get delivered?

Your order will be delivered in approximately 5-7 working days, depending on the shipping address and pin code.

+ Where can I check the status of my order?

Kindly use the tracking ID provided, on the courier partner's website to monitor the order status.

+ Can I modify my order if I have selected the wrong product or size?

No, your order cannot be modified once it is placed. However, you can email us at support@essensewear.in between 10 AM to 6 PM on all weekdays to inform us of the same, and we will be more than happy to help you out.

+ Can I change the shipping address of my order?

You can have the shipping address changed until the order has not been shipped from our end. Please drop us an email for further help regarding this.

+ How can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch of the product. To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team via email at support@essensewear.in.

+ Where and how will I get my refund for a cancelled order? How long will it take?

The refund will be processed to the same payment source and it should take up to 5-7 working days to be reflected in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

+ What is your Returns / Exchange policy?

7 day Exchange policy:
If you’re unhappy with the size of any product purchased or change your mind regarding the color you picked, we’ll happily exchange it for you. If the product is tried or the tag is removed, it is not eligible for refund or exchange. However, to uphold hygienic standards, we do not accept returns or exchange of innerwear. + How do I return / exchange items from my order?

+ How do I track the exchange / replacement status of my order?

My Account

+ How do I login / create an account on Essense?

You can login/create your account by clicking on the Login/Register button and verifying your mobile number through an OTP.

+ Can I use a different number to login?

Your account is linked to the number used when you first made an account. Using any other number would create a separate account.

+ I am unable to login even after entering the OTP

Please recheck if you have entered the correct OTP. Also, check if the OTP hasn’t expired, as it is valid for 5 minutes. You can click Resend OTP to generate a new one and use it. If you still face issues, please drop us an email.

+ How do I add / edit / delete an address to my account?

You can visit the My Addresses section from the header menu to add/edit/delete addresses. You can also do so from the address page during checkout.
