Shipping Policy – Essense

At Essense, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing:
All orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST) are dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Time:
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner. Most orders are delivered within 2–6 working days across India.

Order Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delays:
In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or logistics issues. If this happens, our team will keep you informed.
